I cannot believe I leave tomorrow! Well actually today, considering it is 2am lol Gotta get that ipod filled up for the long, long, long bus ride that we face! My dad and I are going with a work team from my parents church, Mission Alliance. It looks like we will be doing concrete work while we are down there, but of course things can always change as soon as they have been planned. This will actually be my first trip with a missions focus (same with my dad!) so I am very excited to see what God is going to do, though I must admit I feel soooo unprepared-I haven't even packed yet un prepared. I don't feel like I have spiritually prepared either. Been too busy up until the end-or at least that is always my excuse. I have to admit though, I am looking forward to a break from work and school and just focusing on helping another community, as well as focusing on God and the work he has prepared for us to do. It's awesome to think that we can be in another country in just a few days, working and building relationships. So if you could all keep us in your prayers (and maybe a few extra prayers for me since I am the only girl out of 10 going!!! lol Thank goodness God blessed me with 2 older brothers) that would be great. I will be back on March 25 (well, that is the plan so far lol We are praying for the bus we are taking as well). I will be sure to let you all know when I get back and you can expect many stories and pictures!
